For fans of Alan Ball’s series, True Blood, and/or the Charlaine Harris books upon which the show is based, this is a can’t-be-missed fun spot that you can enjoy in you PJ’s at home: True Blood Twitter Thursday. Started by an intrepid group of fans, they are endorsed by HBO and True Blood, although they are not affiliated with either organization. Following these folks on Twitter is a treat, but True Blood Thursdays are even more fun, especially for those of us that remember those long ago days (or maybe not so long ago) when we geeked out to MST3K or were roleplaying Vampire the Masquerade, and long for a little roleplaying in our lives, again. Their Thursday night gig on Twitter crosses roleplaying with MST3K with gossip central. This takes me back to my days doing Rocky Horror Picture Show, but I digress…

As I write this, I am watching the clock, because I do not want to be late to Merlotte’s Bar on Twitter…I’d hate to miss out on my serving of True Blood.
