It’s official, folks. We don’t have to wait until March to get our weekly does of everyone’s favorite nerdy super-spy. Season three of Chuck is now scheduled to debut on Sunday, January 10, 2010, with two back-to-back episodes. The series returns to Monday night at 8:00 pm on January 11^th.

Earlier it was reported that the initial 13-episode order was bumped up to 19-episodes, and there’s always a promise of more, should the series do well in the ratings.

Season three finds Chuck Bartowski dealing with the changes wrought by Intersect 2.0. Plenty of geek-favorite celebrities will be putting in appearances this year, including Kristin Kruek (Smallville), Brandon Routh (Superman Returns, Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgement Day, X-Files), Angie Harmon (Law & Order, Batman Beyond), and Vinnie Jones (X-Men 3), just to name a few.
