Superman and Chuck…Together for the First Time!
It looks like the world’s nerdiest spy is going to be getting some help from the Man of Steel himself!
Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Superman Returns star Brandon Routh is joining the cast of Chuck for a multi-episode story arc.
Routh will play a character named Shaw, who’s a mysterious spy that takes charge of Operation Bartowski. Along the way, Shaw not only becomes a mentor for Chuck, but also becomes a potential rival for the love of Sarah. Routh’s first episode will be the fourth episode of the new season.
Unfortunately, we have to wait until March of 2010 to see any new episodes of Chuck, but at least we have some cool stuff to look forward to when the show finally returns!
